Accountabilities:

The Digital Product Manager will oversee and drive strategic digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and member needs:

• Lead the development and management of member-facing digital services, including identity verification, registration, and account management systems.
• Ensure consistent member information across platforms during system migrations and group transitions.
• Manage compliance systems, including communication preferences and Do Not Contact settings.
• Coordinate platform integrations across multiple technology platforms, vendor partners, and customer service tools.
• Drive system improvements to optimize member outreach and engagement capabilities.
• Lead major platform migrations and strategic initiatives while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and customer service teams to deliver integrated, scalable, and user-centered solutions.

Candidates should bring extensive experience in product management with a focus on digital platforms and healthcare:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or digital platforms.
• Experience managing large-scale system migrations and member-facing applications.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, data privacy regulations, and member identity systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple teams and vendors.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer data platforms, engagement/marketing platforms, and integration tools.
• Experience with platform architecture, technical product management, and products serving large user bases is preferred.

• Competitive salary range: $125,000–$150,000 with a 15% bonus target; full range up to $206,000 depending on experience and location.
