We are seeking a highly motivated Development Director to lead fundraising initiatives and expand donor engagement across multiple channels. This role offers the opportunity to shape the organization’s growth strategy, cultivate relationships with high-capacity supporters, and drive meaningful revenue impact. The Development Director will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of fundraising goals with organizational priorities. Accountabilities

  • Engage proactively with new and existing donors through calls, emails, appointments, and events to meet fundraising targets.
  • Qualify and identify high-capacity supporters among current donors while actively prospecting for new donor opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate donor records in CRM systems to support stewardship and track fundraising progress.
  • Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and materials to communicate funding needs and organizational impact.
  • Represent the organization at events and build strong relationships with supporters and community partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and administration, to support integrated fundraising strategies.
  • Monitor fundraising trends, industry best practices, and apply innovative approaches to optimize results.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, sales, or business development.
  • Proven success in high-volume outreach environments, including calls, emails, and in-person donor engagement.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong alignment with organizational values and mission.
  • Experience with fundraising CRM systems preferred.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, handle varied responsibilities, and travel approximately 20–25% of the time.
  • Familiarity with the digital ecosystem and social media channels.
  • Ethical, ambitious, and able to represent the organization with professionalism and integrity.

  • Annual salary range: $100,000–$120,000, depending on experience and market data.
  • Eligibility for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
