We are seeking a dynamic Senior Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of engineers building innovative gaming experiences for Smart TVs, streaming devices, and mobile platforms. In this high-impact role, you will oversee the development of cutting-edge 3D and web-based games, driving performance, scalability, and seamless cross-platform play. You’ll work closely with product, design, data, and infrastructure teams to shape the roadmap, deliver engaging player experiences, and foster a culture of technical excellence. Accountabilities

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team, providing clear growth paths, effective 1:1s, and fostering a collaborative, learning-focused culture.
• Define and execute the roadmap for core gameplay systems, progression, personalization, and engagement across platforms.
• Ship end-to-end features across Smart TVs, streaming devices (Roku, Fire TV), web, and mobile while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
• Guide iterative development using A/B testing, feature flags, and success metrics to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Oversee performance optimization for rendering, streaming, and client systems using Unity3D, WebGL, and web technologies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to manage dependencies, releases, and technical debt while ensuring reliability.
• Drive platform-specific enhancements, cross-platform continuity, and best practices for multi-technology game development.

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in consumer product environments.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams, with proven success fostering productivity and team satisfaction.
• Strong track record leading full-funnel consumer product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing infrastructure, and feature flag systems.
• Background in cross-platform development using 3D game engines (Unity3D/Unreal) and web stacks (WebGL, Canvas, React).
• Deep understanding of performance optimization for Smart TVs, streaming devices, and GPU-based rendering.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills informed by data and user empathy.
• Bonus: Experience in gaming, interactive media, or AI-powered consumer apps, plus knowledge of real-time multiplayer and streaming architectures.

• Competitive base salary in the range of $207,000–$284,625 annually (based on experience, location, and expertise).
