This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Hitachi Solutions France. We are currently looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise Sales (Insurance/FinServ) in Illinois (USA).

Join a dynamic enterprise sales team where you’ll spearhead growth initiatives for advanced Microsoft-based business solutions in the insurance and financial services sectors. This remote role empowers you to lead full-cycle sales, from opportunity generation to deal closure, in close collaboration with Microsoft field teams and internal experts. You’ll work at the intersection of digital transformation and enterprise strategy, guiding clients through cutting-edge cloud, data, and business application solutions. If you thrive in complex sales environments and excel in building executive-level relationships, this position offers high visibility and rewarding impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across Microsoft solution areas, including Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, etc.) and Azure-based technologies (Data Analytics, AI/ML, Modern Solutions).
  • Create and execute territory, account, and opportunity plans aligned with annual targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft counterparts to co-sell and develop winning strategies.
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships in business and IT within target accounts.
  • Accurately manage forecasting and pipeline reporting to ensure predictability and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Actively support marketing campaigns, events, and outbound prospecting efforts, including webinars and industry conferences.

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, particularly in cloud services, CRM/ERP, and data platforms; prior success with Microsoft stack is a strong asset.
  • Proven background in selling to the insurance and financial services industries.
  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft ecosystems and existing relationships with Microsoft field teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; confident interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Competitive base salary: USD $120,000 – $160,000
