Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting overall revenue growth. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners
Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for client needs
Track sales activities and maintain detailed client records using CRM tools
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
