Reporting to the Sr. Engineering Manager, you will be a key technical contributor on the Cloud Platform team, helping build and evolve Included Health’s core cloud infrastructure and platform. Our Cloud Platform team underpins all of engineering, enabling teams to build, deploy, and scale services reliably and efficiently.
With a lean team and a growing footprint, we’re seeking a Senior Engineer who brings strong technical depth, a platform mindset, and the ability to drive meaningful infrastructure improvements through hands-on work and cross-team collaboration.
You’ll focus on strengthening our cloud foundation by improving scalability, observability, cost efficiency, and developer experience, while contributing to technical design discussions and supporting the growth of engineers around you. You’ll partner closely with other engineering teams to deliver high-impact platform capabilities that improve reliability and velocity across the organization.
You’ll measure success by improvements in system reliability, platform adoption, cost-to-serve, and developer productivity. This is a role where your work directly influences the stability, quality, and speed of the products we deliver to our members.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $149,450 - $211,100 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $164,395 - $$232,210 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $179,340 - $253,320 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $194,285 - $274,430 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
