Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group delivering virtual-first and in-home care for children with complex health needs. The Director, Partner Success will lead regional client engagement and growth, own client retention and satisfaction, ensure contractual and operational performance, and scale partner success processes and teams to support growth.

  • Understanding of healthcare ecosystem, especially value-based care and Medicaid plans
  • Client-facing experience with health plan clients
  • Willingness to travel ~20-30%

Responsibilities

  • Own growth, health, and success of client partnerships within a dedicated geographic region
  • Develop cross-company Strategic Account Plans outlining objectives, actions, and expected results
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting partner relationships as the primary client contact
  • Track and manage contractual requirements, deliverables, and reporting for accuracy and timeliness
  • Lead Joint Operating Committee meetings in collaboration with market teams
  • Identify and drive account expansion opportunities with business development
  • Partner with VP of Partner Success to build oversight and scale multi-plan management
  • Design and deliver tools, templates, and processes to support scalable client delivery
  • Supervise and mentor manager and associate-level team members as the team grows
  • Drive resolution of client escalations and coordinate internal resources to deliver solutions
  • Represent client needs internally and provide voice-of-customer input to product and solutions
  • Clearly communicate progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MHA) is beneficial but not required

  • Base salary $160,000–$180,000 plus annual bonus incentive
