Customer Success Manager

Renaissance is a global leader in Pre-K–12 education technology focused on driving student learning outcomes through data-driven products used in thousands of districts. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage district and school-level accounts in the East strategic territory, driving adoption, retention, successful implementations, and measurable student outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by defining customer success criteria and tracking outcomes
  • Manage district- and school-level accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders across districts
  • Develop and maintain a regular communication cadence (including Quarterly Business Reviews) to monitor account health
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources (sales, product, marketing) to align onboarding, nurturing, and renewal strategies
  • Plan and lead scalable implementations and project manage activities influencing stakeholders outside your direct control
  • Anticipate customer needs, adapt strategic account plans, and mitigate churn through proactive engagement
  • Curate and document customer success stories and efficacy data to promote product impact
  • Continuously increase product knowledge and maintain awareness of the K–12 EdTech competitive landscape

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience working in K-12 education or with education technology products
  • Practical experience in SaaS customer success, account management, or implementations
