The Medical teams can really do what's best for the patients. You're hands aren't tied to be the best nurse. Opportunities for growth, learning and meeting all levels of the org. Isn't boring, constantly changing. Addressing pay, bonuses to help with increased living expenses. They put in the work to figure out how to make it easier for the next teams in Imagine. Like clear policies and procedures for the medical teams. It seems like the different teams are constantly addressing how to be better for the teams and the patients.Cons
