Client Success Manager - job 1 of 3

Verra Mobility is a global leader in smart mobility, providing safety and tolling solutions across North America. The Client Success Manager will ensure operational excellence, deliver white-glove customer experiences, and act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers during the operations phase, working cross-functionally to drive renewals, revenue targets, and continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Program and account management experience managing complex customer relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Organizational excellence and process optimization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Word; familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Experience with contract management, invoicing, and renewal processes.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain administrative systems and document management best practices.
  • Monitor and resolve incident tickets (e.g., ServiceNow) and report status to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies and analyze feedback and performance metrics.
  • Serve as primary customer contact during Operations & Maintenance; attend implementation handovers and meetings.
  • Ensure contract compliance, execute renewal activities, and support invoicing and financial accuracy.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations for strategic planning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional interaction between Sales, Product, Implementation, and Operations.
  • Support audits, court/administrative hearings, and stay current on applicable regulations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
