Manager, Sales Support

Huntress is a fully remote cybersecurity company founded by former NSA operators that delivers managed security and threat-hunting solutions to protect organizations of all sizes. The company seeks a strategic, hands-on Manager of Sales Support within Revenue Operations to lead and develop a team that provides frontline sales support, drives process improvements across quoting/billing/approvals, and partners on Salesforce and CPQ enhancements.

Skills

  • 5+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations with at least 2 years managing people
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ
  • Proven experience building and scaling sales support processes in high-growth/SaaS environments
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate sales needs into operational processes
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for execution and process documentation
  • Excellent collaboration skills across Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Systems teams
  • Experience with QA/UAT and documenting system/process changes

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Operations Specialists, including senior contributors
  • Provide structure, clarity, prioritization, and operational oversight for the sales support function
  • Drive process improvements for quoting, billing, approvals, and other sales support workflows
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Systems teams to resolve operational issues and align requirements
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner for Salesforce and CPQ, coordinating feedback with GTM Systems
  • Lead and contribute to QA and UAT for process and system enhancements, documenting outcomes
  • Establish and monitor operational metrics to proactively identify improvement opportunities
  • Participate in day-to-day operations and provide hands-on support when needed

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in Salesforce, CPQ, or Revenue Operations a plus
