🔍 What we're looking for: Humata Health Inc. is seeking a dynamic, solutions-oriented Corporate Trainer to join our team. As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success through exceptional product training while supporting our internal learning and development initiatives. You will guide customers through comprehensive product training, create engaging learning experiences, and collaborate with HR to further develop our internal training capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is passionate about empowering others through effective training and development.
📍Location: Remote, US or Hybrid - Orlando, Florida, US
Core Training Delivery:
Conduct live product training sessions for new customers during implementation and onboarding
Develop, update, and maintain training materials, guides, and resources that align with product evolution
Create recorded training modules and self-paced learning content for scalable customer education
Customize training content for different customer segments, use cases, and organizational needs
Training Support & Reinforcement:
Host follow-up training sessions post-implementation to reinforce learning and address ongoing questions
Provide ongoing support during customer onboarding phase, partnering closely with Customer Success and Project Management teams
Develop and implement reporting tools to track training effectiveness and customer proficiency metrics
Design train-the-trainer materials for customer super users to build internal training capabilities
Onboarding Program Development:
Refine and enhance new hire learning journey to improve time-to-productivity
Create role-specific training tracks that align with department needs and career progression
Develop and implement mentorship program structure and training materials
Training Support & Development:
Partner with HR to facilitate internal training sessions, workshops, and compliance training
Support manager training programs and leadership development initiatives in collaboration with HR
Coordinate Culture Club lightning talks and knowledge-sharing sessions
Enhance compliance training engagement to go beyond "check-the-box" to meaningful skill application
Provide training support for cross-functional initiatives and skill development programs
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field
5-7 years in a training, instructional design, or customer education role
Proven experience developing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage both virtual and in-person audiences
Experience creating training materials, job aids, and learning resources
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), training platforms, and content creation tools
Analytical mindset with experience tracking training effectiveness and learner outcomes
Experience with Google Workspace, project management tools, and video conferencing platforms
Willingness to travel as required (up to 15%)
Experience with healthcare software, prior authorization workflows, or revenue cycle management
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and PHI handling in training contexts
Background in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Experience with e-learning development tools (Articulate, etc.)
Customer Success or Client Services background with understanding of SaaS implementation processes
Innovative problem-solver who brings creativity and structure to learning challenges
Collaborative team player with consultative approach to stakeholder engagement
