We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager who’s passionate about security, fraud prevention, and the emerging internet of agents. You’ll own and evolve AgenticTrust, collaborating closely with our New York–based Sr. Director of Product Management to define strategy and deliver outcomes that protect real customers on real surfaces. You’ll partner with customers and internal teams to detect, classify, and govern AI agent interactions across web, app, and mobile experiences. Partner with the Sr. Director of Product Management to set and execute a vision aligned with HUMAN’s mission.
Own the roadmap that integrates customer feedback, evolving agentic risks, and standards developments.
Turn complex “agentic” problems into pragmatic controls that reduce risk while preserving good user journeys.
Lead delivery of capabilities for agent identification, behavior/intent assessment, and real-time governance.
Translate customer pain points (e.g., scraping, mass sign-ups, login cycling, profile-change abuse) into clear, testable requirements.
Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and threat research to ship iteratively with measurable impact.
Build trusted relationships with security, fraud, platform, and product teams at enterprise customers.
Communicate vision, roadmap, and releases across HUMAN; partner with sales, marketing, and CS to drive adoption.
Use telemetry, analytics, and qualitative research to balance friction, risk, and business outcomes.
Prioritize controls that align with customer policies and critical flows.
6–10 years of product management experience owning B2B enterprise software.
Passionate about cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and user trust; curious about the agentic AI threat surface.
Structured, data-driven thinker who excels at simplifying complex systems into lovable products.
Customer-obsessed; strong communicator who aligns cross-functional teams and ships.
Self-starter with a bias for action in high-growth, ambiguous spaces.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Background in security, fraud, or platform protection (bot mitigation, WAF/CDN/CIAM integrations, client-side threats).
Experience with governing automated actors (bots/LLMs/agents)
Familiarity with open standards and approaches for agent identity/verification
Experience leading ML/AI-powered features and PLG motions.
