About Us
At Hiya, we’re revolutionizing voice communication. Our mission is to modernize voice with intelligence for security and productivity
Since 2015, when we introduced the first mobile caller ID and spam-blocking apps, we’ve been at the forefront of voice intelligence innovation. In 2016, we partnered with Samsung and AT&T to launch Hiya Protect, the first network-based spam-blocking solution. In 2019, we introduced Hiya Connect, a branded call SaaS platform that helps businesses reach more customers by phone.
Today, our Voice Intelligence Platform supports over 500 million users globally. By using adaptive AI and audio intelligence, it delivers smarter, safer, and more productive voice calls across networks, apps, and devices. Our network & solution partners have grown to include British Telecom, EE, Virgin Media O2, Ericsson, Rogers, Bell Canada, MasMovil, Telenor, FICO, Twilio, and more.
About the Position
The Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market + Enterprise is a key member of Hiya’s growing PMM team, responsible for driving go-to-market strategy in one of our most critical, sales-led segments.
This role brings dedicated ownership for Mid-Market + Enterprise, making sure Sales has the enablement, messaging, competitive positioning, and ABM strategy needed to win new business, expand existing accounts, and fuel international growth. You’ll work across Sales, Demand Gen, Web, and Lifecycle to target the right accounts, create compelling campaigns, and deliver the content that keeps deals moving.
Most importantly, you’ll dig deep into Hiya’s products and the pains they solve, ensuring we tell a platform and solution story that resonates with buying committees — not just features.
We’re excited about you because you’re a scrappy, curious PMM who thrives on turning customer insights into strategy and rolling up your sleeves to build the decks, campaigns, and playbooks that make it real.
What You’ll Do
Build a deep understanding of Hiya’s platform and translate it into solution-oriented narratives that connect to customer pains and outcomes.
Define and refine the ICP with Sales, uncovering patterns across regions and industries to guide targeting.
Lead ABM strategy: design and execute the best ways to reach priority accounts through personalized campaigns, content, and events.
Deliver messaging, competitive intelligence + positioning, and enablement — from playbooks to collateral — that boost win rates, shorten cycles, and help Sales prove value with new and existing accounts.
Track the competitive landscape and arm Sales with positioning, proof points, and talk tracks to outmaneuver alternatives.
Partner with Demand Gen, Web, and Lifecycle to align ABM with campaigns, conversion paths, and nurture flows.
Define success metrics, track performance, and feed insights back to sharpen strategy and inform the product roadmap.
Support international expansion with localized narratives and GTM playbooks.
Qualities that will make you successful
3–5 years in B2B SaaS product marketing (or adjacent role), ideally with Mid-Market or Enterprise exposure.
Ability to grasp complex products and articulate platform-level value, not just features.
Strong storyteller who can turn product capabilities into customer impact.
Experience with sales enablement, ABM, and competitive positioning to drive new business and expansion.
Comfort supporting customer retention and renewal motions.
Scrappy, solutions-oriented mindset; you spot opportunities and make things happen.
Collaborative partner who thrives across teams.
Comfortable representing Hiya at field events and customer meetings.
Analytical: you dig into the ‘why’ and bring actionable insights.
The person in this role must embody Hiya’s key values of Serving our customers, Doing rather than observing, Improving ourselves and our business, Owning and holding ourselves accountable for success, and Leading by showing up with a point of view, engaging in open discussion, listening respectfully to others opinions and committing to decisions.
