The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility, reputation, and customer engagement of SDWH. This role involves managing brand identity, overseeing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
· Maintain a consistent brand identity (logo, colors, tone, messaging).
· Represent the company through in-store knowledge training session.
· Tailor branding to reflect Houston’s local culture and customer expectations.
· Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, print).
· Collaborate with agencies or internal teams to produce promotional materials.
· Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on ROI and KPIs.
· Oversee website content and conversion optimization.
· Manage Google Business Profile to improve visibility in Houston.
· Ensure brand consistency across social media platforms and review sites.
· Develop strategies to collect and showcase customer reviews.
· Monitor public perception and respond to feedback.
· Build relationships with local influencers, media, and community organizations.
· Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer behavior.
· Use insights to refine branding and service offerings.
