We are looking for a Sr. Business Sourcer to partner with our Recruiting team in building world-class teams across critical business and corporate functions. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent across areas such as Finance, Legal, HR, Communications, Creative, and other G&A functions. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled sourcer with experience mapping complex markets, engaging executive-caliber talent, and driving innovative sourcing strategies. This role is an exciting opportunity to have direct impact on scaling our leadership bench and corporate capabilities.
Partner closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, organizational goals, and business priorities.
Design and execute creative sourcing strategies tailored to a wide range of corporate functions, from mid-level to senior leadership roles.
Craft compelling outreach and personalized engagement strategies to attract passive candidates and strengthen our employment brand.
Use advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, LinkedIn, market mapping, competitor research, talent intelligence tools) to identify and engage exceptional talent.
Leverage data and reporting to track pipeline health, measure conversion rates, and provide insights that inform hiring strategies.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring consistent access to high-quality talent pools.
Share market intelligence and competitive insights with Recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to support strategic workforce planning.
Contribute to cross-functional recruiting initiatives that improve processes, tools, and overall candidate experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of sourcing experience, with a focus on corporate/business roles (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR, Communications, Marketing, Creative, or related functions).
2+ years of experience sourcing for leadership or executive-level positions.
A proven track record of identifying and engaging top talent across G&A functions, from high-performing individual contributors to VP+ executives.
Experience designing and executing market mapping, talent research, and innovative sourcing strategies for corporate teams.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with experience supporting multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize sourcing strategies accordingly.
Expertise in pipeline management, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, and market intelligence platforms.
