As the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for GEA’s pharmaceutical technologies, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and nurturing existing customer relationships. The technologies under your purview include Liquid Processing, Lyophilization, Spray Drying, Continuous Manufacturing, Fluid Bed Processing, Potent Material Containment, and Tablet Presses. You’ll interact with pharmaceutical executives, production managers, engineers, scientists, and purchasing teams, acting as a trusted advisor in a consultative sales capacity. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, gathering market intelligence, and managing pre-sale information flow between GEA North America, GEA’s Core Technology Centers in Europe, and customers.
The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Additional rewards may include a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.
