As a Partnerships Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in generating new business across healthcare organizations—from small clinics to large systems—by driving awareness and interest in powerful revenue cycle solutions. This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with a dynamic team, hone your sales skills, and grow your career in an industry ripe for innovation and impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with private practices, physician groups, and healthcare systems.
  • Drive pipeline growth by qualifying prospects and scheduling demos with high-value decision-makers.
  • Effectively position innovative revenue cycle and healthcare automation solutions to match business needs.
  • Manage objections with confidence and work collaboratively with the broader sales and support teams.
  • Travel 25–30% to attend conferences, client meetings, and regional trips as needed.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the healthcare technology landscape and client pain points.

  • Proven success in a sales or SDR role, preferably in software or healthcare tech environments.
  • Experience working with quotas and commission-based compensation models.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders (CEOs, MDs, RNs, etc.).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in fast-changing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive deals forward and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; prior success in healthcare sales and prospecting into new markets.
  • Estimated on-target earnings: $60K–$90K, plus $10K–$15K in equity
