Role Overview:
In this role you will be responsible for sourcing and developing new provider partnerships for our point-of-sale credit solutions in the Health & Wellness segment. This includes Dental, Ortho, Chiro, Wellness, MedSpa, Dermatology, Vision, Hearing, Veterinary, and more. This role is important to growing ClarityPay and requires an experienced business development professional with a proven track record closing deals with medium to large providers, and the ability to work strategically while also executing hands-on to drive win-win outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and drive a business development plan for target accounts in Health & Wellness.
· Identify and prioritize target prospects including conducting research and qualifying.
· Source, negotiate, and close new provider partnerships.
· Develop partnerships with platforms and other players who can help us expand.
· Work with cross-functional teams to develop proposal pricing and terms based on your market insights and client analysis.
· Craft tailored proposals and pitch strategies that compel targets to move forward.
· Collaborate with cross-functional team to get new clients onboarded and launched.
· Provide support to Client Success team to ensure client expectations are aligned with solution being delivered.
· Identify and develop partnerships with platforms and other players in the ecosystem.
· Positively represent ClarityPay at conferences and in the market.
· Update and maintain all records in sales management system.
· Adhere to defined processes and policies for completing work.
Qualifications:
· Energetic, positive, collaborative, solution oriented and goal focused.
· Deep understanding of provider needs in Elective Health & Wellness segment and passion for helping them and their patients.
6+ years of experience in selling to providers, prefer at least 2 years of experience in POS financing, PLCC/Co-brand cards, or BNPL.
Strong existing network of provider relationships at the leadership level and track record of acquiring new provider relationships in relevant verticals.
Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
Experience negotiating agreements, pricing and terms.
Financial acumen, prefer knowledge of lending and the key levers.
Demonstrated ability to work in early-stage environments, help shape strategy and product, collaborate well with others and focus on solutions to address challenges.
Able to travel up to 40% of the time.
Comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Role Details
· We are a remote-first team, with a preference for candidates based in the U.S. Hybrid options are available for those located in Atlanta or New York City.
· This role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $225,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
