Essential Functions
Technical Expertise:

Customer Needs Analysis:
Collaborating with sales teams to identify and understand the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.
Solution Design and Presentation:
Developing customized technical solutions that address client requirements, often involving creating presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) prototypes.
Sales Support:
Assisting the sales team throughout the sales process, providing technical expertise during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Product Demonstrations:
Presenting technical information about products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and how they solve specific problems.
Technical Documentation:
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and sales materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Working closely with various teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer solutions.
Post-Sales Support:
Providing technical support to clients after the sale, ensuring a smooth implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
Market Research and Analysis:
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
