Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned campuses to meet enrollment and program goals
- Build and sustain a positive culture that embodies the organization's Montessori mission
- Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and evaluate teaching and campus staff
- Work with Assistant Heads of School to meet enrollment targets and oversee admissions efforts
- Manage campus budgets and ensure overall profitability targets are achieved
- Support instructional quality and ensure delivery of an exceptional Montessori program
- Foster strong relationships with families and build an engaged parent community
- Travel regularly among assigned campuses to provide hands-on leadership and operational support
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood, Child Development, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Director-level qualifications or certifications per state requirements (where applicable)
- Montessori certification or familiarity with Montessori pedagogy preferred
