We’re looking for a dedicated, student-focused Experiential Learning Advisor to help guide our students through their clinical and practicum placements with confidence and care. You’ll be their go-to support system—answering questions, removing roadblocks, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
Be the go-to expert on Chamberlain’s programs so you can guide students confidently through their real-world learning experiences.
Keep things running smoothly by organizing, tracking, and reporting placement details—so students are always in the right place at the right time.
Review and approve clinical sites and preceptors, using your sharp eye for quality—and loop in the academic team when needed.
Help students tackle roadblocks with confidence by coaching them through challenges and pointing them toward the right resources.
Team up with colleagues across departments to create a seamless, supportive experience that students can count on.
Listen, problem-solve, and help students feel heard and supported—because you’re great with people and calm under pressure.
Share what you know! Offer helpful tips, support, and best practices to your peers so everyone levels up together.
Lead by example by living out our TEACH values and helping create a caring, student-first culture every day.
Handle placement paperwork and approvals like a pro, working closely with partners and internal teams.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with partners and preceptors—because student success starts with great connections.
Take charge of affiliation agreements and support documents to make sure students have access to top-notch learning experiences.
Be flexible and ready to jump in where needed—you’re a team player who gets things done.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.83 and $28.85. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
