Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the campus
- Create and maintain a culture aligned with the organization’s mission
- Build and sustain community among staff, parents, and children
- Ensure delivery of an exceptional Montessori program across classrooms
- Manage campus budget and drive overall profitability targets
- Partner with the Assistant Head of School to meet enrollment goals
- Hire, onboard, coach, and develop teaching and support staff
- Oversee compliance, safety, and daily campus operations
Education
- Director-qualified certification (state-specific where required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field (preferred)
- Montessori certification or demonstrated familiarity with Montessori method (preferred)
