Regional Sales Manager - US DoD/IC

GreyNoise Intelligence is a mission-driven security startup delivering real-time, verifiable threat intelligence from a global observation grid. We are seeking a US DoD/IC Account Executive (Regional Sales Manager) to drive sales across Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers, close new business, grow key accounts, and act as a trusted partner to mission owners and cyber operators.

Skills

  • 5+ years cybersecurity sales experience within U.S. DoD or Intelligence Community
  • Proven record of closing and growing complex federal deals and meeting quota
  • Strong understanding of DoD/IC procurement lifecycle and common contract vehicles
  • Familiarity with security tooling: threat intelligence platforms, SIEM, SOAR, TIP
  • Experience running PoVs and working closely with sales engineers
  • Ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders in multi-stakeholder environments
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the US DoD/IC territory and consistently exceed individual revenue/OTE targets
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business and expansion opportunities within DoD and IC agencies
  • Run effective technical proofs-of-value (PoVs) in partnership with Sales Engineering
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and sales hygiene in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Manage pipeline, renewals, and account relationships with multi-stakeholder federal teams
  • Represent GreyNoise at DoD/IC security and technology events and briefings
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering to meet customer needs

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant technical or business certifications a plus
  • Security clearance (TS/TS-SCI) is advantageous but not required
