Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales experience, strong communication skills in English, and be adaptable and empathetic in their approach.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include hands-on sales experience and familiarity with multi-touch outreach strategies; openness to feedback and coaching is essential.
Location: This position is hybrid, based in the United States, with potential travel for team collaboration.
Compensation: $85000 - $110000 / Annually
Grammarly offers a dynamic hybrid model, and candidates in this role can be based remotely. You may be expected to travel to meet in person during your team’s scheduled collaboration weeks. Managers will determine in-person time according to business needs. Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.The expected “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role by compensation zone are outlined below and may be modified in the future.
United States:
Zone 1: $95,000 – $110,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $85,000 – $100,000/year (USD)
Commissions are 35% of the total “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role. The market-based compensation differentials will be applied only to base pay for commission-eligible team members.
