- Retail leadership experience between 3 to 5 years
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing retail environment
- Physical ability to perform store tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and being on feet for entire shifts
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales by identifying sales opportunities and partnering with General Manager on solutions
- Lead and coach the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience and product education
- Manage sales floor coverage and workforce scheduling aligned with store strategy
- Support business operations including budget monitoring, reporting, and sales planning
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent while fostering internal and external succession pipelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align store operations with broader organizational goals
