Time zone requirements

  • This role requires consistent availability during US business hours, particularly Eastern (EST/EDT) and Central (CST) time zones.
  • We welcome applicants from anywhere in the world, but this is not just about working the right hours. If you're supporting US-based clients, you need to bring a strong grasp of local context, cultural norms, communication styles, and business expectations.
  • If you're applying from outside the US, please reflect seriously on whether you have the first-hand experience, confidence, and insight needed to support American clients with the level of nuance and professionalism they expect.

Working hour requirements

  • We’re looking for individuals who can commit to a minimum of 100 hours per month, with the flexibility to scale up depending on client need.
  • This is a fractional, contract-based role, with assignments made on a client-by-client basis.
  • It’s best suited to professionals who are comfortable with a non-fixed schedule, can manage changing workloads, and thrive in environments that demand ownership, adaptability, and strong self-direction.
