Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Clerk to join our growing administrative team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office functions, maintaining organized records, and ensuring smooth operational flow within the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

  • Maintain and update office records and documents

  • Assist with scheduling, incoming calls, and correspondence

  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and reordered when necessary

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
