Sharpcontra is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Sales Representative to join our growing team in Austin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions that align with client goals. This role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

  • Identify business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting and referrals

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and close deals effectively

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
