- Strong financial acumen across budgeting, forecasting, and accounting processes

- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday Financials, SAP) and financial planning platforms (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is a plus
- Proficiency with GSuite, Slack, and project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira
- Analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Technology, and Operations to deliver ERP implementations, automation projects, and integrations on time and within scope.
- Define and own project governance including stakeholder alignment, risk management, communication plans, and executive reporting.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable project plans, prioritize competing demands, and manage delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Develop scalable frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions and automation.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
