About the Role
We’re looking for our first GTM hire — someone excited to build from the ground up and play a critical role in shaping how we grow. As our Founding GTM Lead, you’ll work directly with leadership to manage high-impact customer relationships, determine bottoms-up growth plans, close strategic deals, and lay the foundation for a scalable sales function.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building relationships, and brings a builder’s mindset to process and pipeline.
What you'll do
Own and manage relationships across the customer and user journey, from individuals to small businesses and enterprise clients
Qualify inbound leads and drive them through the funnel
Close deals and handle associated contracts and paperwork
Design and optimize early sales processes and CRM hygiene
Build a strategy for long-term growth, retention, and upsell opportunities
Serve as the voice of the customer to the team
Qualifications
Experience in a founding or early GTM role at a high-growth startup, ideally within the AI landscape
Success in building product-led or hybrid GTM strategies
Operationally sharp - you know how to prioritize a pipeline and keep things moving
Clear communicator with strong relationship instincts
Ability to earn trust with technical teams, founders, and enterprise buyers
Experience building playbooks and processes from scratch
