Director, Business Development - Transaction & Financial Communications

FGS Global, a leading global stakeholder strategy firm, is seeking a Director of Business Development for its Transaction & Financial Communications practice. The role involves driving the growth and global expansion of the practice, fostering collaboration across teams, and supporting marketing and business development initiatives.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in data handling and reporting.

  • Confidence to engage with senior leadership in high-stakes situations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies for the Transaction & Financial Communications practice in North America.
  • Maintain and update T&F pitch and marketing materials and CRM data.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Internal Communications, and HR to support cross-serving and training.
  • Monitor competitor marketing activities and identify strategic industry events.
  • Develop thought leadership content with Marketing and practice leaders.
  • Conduct market research and client data analysis for leadership guidance.
  • Lead submissions for industry league tables such as Mergermarket and The Deal.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
