As Manager, Channel Sales, you will lead a growing team of high performing Account Managers with the goal of helping the team continue to grow and improve. Within New Sales, your primary focus should be on increasing profitable funding volume through relentless improvement of the sales processes and partner relations. You should strive to provide best-in-class service and experience to our partners, build lasting relationships with key decision makers and creatively problem-solve issues as they arise. We are looking for a driven, capable, and adaptable leader who thrives in a startup environment and uses resourcefulness to solve problems.
Drive revenue growth and exceed funding volume targets through effective team leadership, coaching, and strategic planning.
Onboard, train and manage performance for a team of high-performing Account Managers.
Foster a culture of success, continuous improvement, and inclusion.
Guide team on the appropriate sales activities, KPIs, best practices, & communication paths that lead to continuous success.
Display ownership and accountability over your team's partner portfolio - understand strengths, weaknesses, threats, opportunities.
Support team with deal flow questions - provide guidance to the team on driving deals across the finish line.
Utilize analytics and CRM tools to manage sales forecasts, pipeline activities, and territory planning, ensuring strategic and accurate use of data.
Work alongside other departmental stakeholders to enhance product offerings, optimize market penetration and portfolio growth.

5+ years sales experience.
2+ years’ experience managing sales reps.
Experience coaching a team and driving results.
Ability to learn quickly.
Experience in Channel Sales.
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
