Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end movement of global shipments including export Ocean LCL and FCL within the regional network.
- Ensure shipments move on-time and quality standards are maintained with proper handling of exceptions.
- Coordinate logistics operations daily with internal and external partners such as carriers, vendors, customs, and warehousing.
- Own the client experience by resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
- Follow and enforce standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Assist in quoting and invoicing client shipments and maintain responsibility for their P&L.
- Participate in Quarterly and Monthly Business Review presentations and client operational calls.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
