Responsibilities
- Coach, manage, and develop a team of 30-100 employees.
- Communicate policies and ensure compliance and consistency within the team.
- Create and support employee recognition programs.
- Support safety programs and OSHA compliance for a safe work environment.
- Manage building security and product loss prevention.
- Oversee performance reporting for receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, and packing quality.
- Maintain strict SLA expectations with verbal and written performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment-related issues.
- Act as an escalation point to mitigate risks and resolve operational problems.
- Analyze inventory accuracy gaps and implement strategic initiatives.
- Review defect rates and identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Document best practices and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Prioritize and resolve systemic operational problems with Growth and Engineering teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; supply chain major preferred.
