Responsibilities
- Coach, manage, and develop a team of 30–100 associates on the operating floor
- Communicate policies, maintain compliance, and take corrective action when needed
- Create and support recognition programs to motivate and retain staff
- Support safety programs and ensure OSHA and site safety compliance
- Protect building security and product loss prevention protocols
- Own performance reporting for assigned areas (receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, packing quality)
- Meet strict SLA expectations and produce clear verbal and written performance reports and action plans
- Facilitate cross-functional troubleshooting for fulfillment-related issues and serve as an escalation point
- Analyze inventory and defect trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective initiatives
- Document learnings and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prioritize resolution of systemic problems in coordination with Growth and Engineering teams
Education
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Supply chain major preferred but not required
