Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising directives, floor sets, and product presentation from planning through execution
- Manage shipment receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, restocking, and supply management
- Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to plan visual floor changes, manage payroll for visual work, and adapt resources to business needs
- Use reporting tools to identify product placement and stock level opportunities and implement changes to improve sales
- Support budgets, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities maintenance in coordination with management
- Lead, coach, recruit, and develop store associates; provide regular feedback using company performance tools
- Open and close the store per visual and operational standards and collaborate cross-functionally to execute company initiatives
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college or retail-related coursework preferred
