Responsibilities
- Lead and model an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor through direct engagement, product education, and coaching team members
- Build and deepen client relationships daily to drive retention and loyalty
- Analyze sales and operational reports to identify gaps, create action plans, and pursue growth opportunities
- Manage sales floor coverage, staffing solutions, and lead selling initiatives when needed
- Partner with Operations & Visual Manager on budgets, inventory control, vendor relationships, supplies and facilities
- Leverage metrics to inform business-driving strategies and operational execution
- Recruit, develop and directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; provide regular feedback and performance coaching
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Community & Studio, Operations and Visual teams to align training and store execution
- Execute company-level operational initiatives and projects in partnership with the Sales & Service Manager
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary coursework or degree in business, retail management or related field preferred
