Responsibilities
- Oversee and support execution of operational and visual processes across sales floor and back of house
- Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues; partner with General Manager to escalate system or process gaps
- Champion visual standards using business performance data to optimize sell-through
- Coordinate labor and receiving to ensure efficient product flow and accurate inventory counts
- Support budget monitoring, metrics tracking (e.g., expenses, sell-thru) and quarterly planning
- Lead, coach, and develop the Operations & Visual team; drive KPI-focused communication and accountability
- Create effective schedules aligned with business needs and blackout period availability
- Ensure a safe, clean, and inviting store environment and adherence to operational policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement store initiatives and achieve inventory and sales floor KPIs
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail management experience may substitute for formal education
