What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, ensuring documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Assist with intake, chart reviews, clinical calls, and billing processes
- Serve as a resource for field nurses, fostering a supportive and collaborative care environment
- Take part in shaping patient care by problem-solving and guiding best practices in home health
- Participate in office duties and special projects that keep our team running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN License (Kansas or Compact State)
- 2+ years of skilled home health experience (required)
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with WellSky/Kinnser preferred
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- A positive, professional attitude with the ability to multitask and think critically
