About the Role

In just a year, we’ve hit millions in ARR and 43k+ GitHub stars by building the fastest way for developers to get LLM-ready data. We’re a small, fast-moving team building essential tools for the AI era. We value autonomy, clarity, and shipping fast.

We need an air-traffic controller for our content runway—someone who keeps the Linear board humming, HubSpot contacts engaged, and n8n/Zapier bots doing the boring stuff so the team can focus on shipping and shouting wins. If you thrive in organized chaos, write fluently for engineers, and turn manual toil into slick automations, this is your gig.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Content Calendar (Linear) Keep every topic, deadline, and asset on track. Nothing ships late, nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Creator CRM Wrangler (HubSpot) Build and maintain pipelines for influencers and freelance dev-writers: source talent, recruit the right voices, and automate follow-ups.

  • Technical Writing & Content Polish Transform AI drafts or contributor posts into crystal-clear docs, tutorials, and release notes that delight developers.

  • Automation Architecture (n8n/Zapier) Design flows and quick scripts to eliminate repetitive tasks—publishing, reporting, outreach, you name it.

  • Multi-Channel Coordination Keep content flowing across blog, social, email, and community. Track performance and iterate fast.

  • Asset & Design Support (Figma) Jump in for quick graphic tweaks, thumbnails, or lightweight video trims when needed.
