Figma is seeking a Manager of SMB Sales to lead a dynamic team focused on developing customer relationships and driving sales growth within the company’s innovative environment.
Responsibilities: The Manager will lead a team of Account Executives, enabling success to exceed sales targets, participate in customer meetings, develop sales processes, and manage performance metrics.
Skills: Candidates should have over 5 years of SaaS sales experience, 1 year of management experience, and the ability to develop customer relationships while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include additional management experience in SaaS, familiarity with Figma or UX/UI, and experience with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or MEDDIC.
Location: This role is based in San Francisco, CA, requiring in-person attendance 2 days a week.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $180,000.

This is a full time role that will be held from our SF hub (in-person 2 days/week).
