Channel Partnerships Director

Fetch is a consumer rewards platform that connects brands and consumers through data-driven audience and measurement products. The Channel Partnerships Director will be an individual contributor responsible for driving adoption of Fetch’s syndicated and custom audience solutions across platform partners, owning relationships, enablement, and performance against usage and revenue goals while partnering closely with product and GTM teams.

Skills

  • Deep working knowledge of DSPs, programmatic workflows, and media measurement tools.
  • Experience with platform integrations, clean room environments, and data activation use cases.
  • Proven ability to grow strategic partnerships and meet usage/revenue targets.
  • Strong cross-functional program management and GTM collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day relationships with media platform partners (DSPs, programmatic platforms, and measurement vendors).
  • Drive adoption of syndicated and custom audience products and measurement offerings across partner platforms.
  • Develop partner-specific growth strategies aligned to quarterly usage and revenue goals.
  • Lead joint GTM initiatives, platform enablement, co-branded campaigns, and partner training sessions.
  • Set and manage KPIs for revenue, usage, and partner performance; report results in business reviews.
  • Translate partner feedback into product roadmap asks and collaborate with Product and GTM on execution.
  • Build and streamline onboarding, reporting, and enablement processes for scalable platform integration.
  • Represent Fetch externally at partner events, industry forums, and executive conversations.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
  • Relevant industry training or certifications in digital advertising, data privacy, or analytics are a plus.
