We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales to lead our revenue organization and drive growth in our multifamily platform. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in multifamily sales and extensive experience in leadership roles, managing large teams and developing high-performing growth strategies. As the SVP of Sales, you will be responsible for establishing and executing the overall sales vision and strategy, and creating clear alignment and objectives between the Sales, Marketing and Client Success departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure a unified approach to market penetration, revenue growth, and client retention. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will be expected to analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and deploy resources effectively to maximize the growth of the organization.
