Revenue Operations Manager

Envoy Global is an established innovator in immigration technology and services, combining a purpose-built platform with managed services to simplify global mobility for employers and individuals. The Revenue Operations Manager will drive reporting, pricing, forecasting, and operational improvements across Sales and GTM teams to increase customer acquisition velocity, retention, and service efficiency.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, analytics, or similar roles
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce required)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, incentive compensation, and sales force automation
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and provide strategic insights
  • Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with forecasting, quota setting, and sales performance metrics
  • Project management and process design capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead definition and maintenance of generic services pricing and margin targets in collaboration with Sales and Finance
  • Review and model deal-specific pricing, margin sensitivity, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain sales design, account alignment, and customer segmentation models focused on revenue growth
  • Improve sales methodology, drive adoption, and promote continuous improvement to increase sales effectiveness
  • Define, produce, and enhance reporting to measure sales force productivity and execution of strategies
  • Provide analytics and support for annual sales quota and organizational planning
  • Deliver weekly business state updates and actionable recommendations to maximize sales revenue
  • Prepare board-level and executive presentations with Sales and Finance leadership
  • Facilitate sales forecast calls, deal reviews, and ensure integrated planning across functions
  • Manage and enhance Salesforce processes, KPIs, reports, and dashboards for forecasting and pipeline management
  • Partner on tech stack execution, administration, data governance, and system adoption
  • Identify and implement automation and process optimizations to improve scalability
  • Support channel partners with enablement content access and pipeline visibility
  • Ensure proper lead management metrics, policies, and collaboration with Marketing

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field (required)
  • MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
