Job Summary
The Recruiter supports Enterprise Electrical’s growth by leading full cycle recruitment efforts for field and office positions within the electrical contracting industry. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified talent to support commercial electrical projects nationally, while building proactive talent pipelines to meet current and future project demands.

This position requires prior recruiting experience specifically within the electrical contracting or construction trades environment, with a strong understanding of field roles, labor markets, and project driven hiring demands. The Recruiter will partner closely with operations and leadership, represent Enterprise Electrical as an employer of choice, and contribute to scalable recruiting strategies that support continued growth.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
· Manage full cycle recruiting for electrical contracting positions including electricians, foremen, supervisors, project managers, and office support roles.
· Partner closely with operations and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, project timelines, and skill requirements.
· Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, networking, and industry specific pipelines.
· Screen resumes and conducts phone and in person interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and provide guidance throughout the selection process.
· Extend and negotiate job offers in alignment with company compensation guidelines.
· Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the applicant tracking system.
· Support high volume and project driven hiring demands in a fast-paced environment.
· Attend job fairs, trade events, and community outreach activities as needed.
· Track recruiting metrics such as time to fill, source of hire, and hiring outcomes.
· Promote Enterprise Electrical as an employer of choice within the electrical contracting industry.
· Ensure candidates meet safety, licensing, and compliance requirements prior to hire in partnership with HR and operations.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills
Preferred:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience Requirements:
· 4 plus years of full cycle recruiting experience in electrical contracting or construction.
· Experience supporting field based and project driven hiring environments.
· Strong understanding of electrical trade roles, certifications, and labor market dynamics.
