Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Business or a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a coordinating role are essential; experience in educational settings is preferred.
Location: The position is based in Youngstown, Ohio, requiring travel to assigned districts 2-3 days per week.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $50,000 - $70,000.

Position Overview:
The Program Coordinator (PC) is a critical role within the Customer Success team, responsible for managing day-to-day operations at assigned districts and schools. PCs serve as the primary on-the-ground representatives, interfacing with Points of Contact (POCs) and ensuring the successful implementation and support of our programs. This role allows Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to focus on program health and coordinating issue resolution with internal teams.
