Responsibilities
- Own full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live, including configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders, maintaining alignment and excellent customer experience.
- Translate clinical workflows into platform configurations that support care delivery and usability.
- Design and deliver tailored training programs for clinical and operational staff using adult learning principles.
- Facilitate remote and on-site training and provide hands-on go-live support.
- Collaborate with EMR, Customer Support, Logistics, Technical Program Management, and Product teams to meet milestones.
- Develop deep expertise in the CopilotIQ+ platform, software features, and device integrations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare or technical focus preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
