Your Role: Legal & Compliance Academic Worker: L&C Special Projects
In your role as the Legal & Compliance (L&C) Academic Worker, you’ll work alongside the US and global L&C leaders, mostly aligned to the Legal Operations & Support team to ideate, execute and implement legal & compliance tasks to include, but not be limited to: consolidating L&C records into a single repository, easily accessible and optimally user-friendly for L&C team members, optimize the format for Legal Knowledge Base (repository of information for both L&C and the enterprise), create training menus for L&C stakeholders within Elanco, support L&C Special Project leaders, schedule and support Elanco community engagement such as Indy Hunger Network administrative needs, support Spend Management, e.g., create engagement letter templates and e.g., create an engagement letter playbook AI persona, support procurement optimization efforts including refined and refreshed RFPs for outside counsel inclusive of AI cost savings pass thru to Elanco, update/refresh NDA templates inclusive of use of AI and other tools for translation needs and socialization to the enterprise where appropriate, streamline and optimize an improved Contract Lifecycle Management approach, and more.
Your Responsibilities:
· Assist L&C and the Legal Operations & Support team with a variety of special projects, e.g., optimizing Sharepoint sites, creating training curriculums and artifacts to showcase the approach and deliver the trainings, work across 9 Special Projects to support administratively, e.g., meeting scheduling, note taking and consolidation, next step capture, support L&C community engagement with volunteer work inclusive of Indy Hunger Network, Legal Aid, and more
· Ideate approach for special projects listed above and more inclusive of a roadmap and timing for deliverables and test with key stakeholders
· Socialize the approach with key stakeholders and iterate as necessary
· Execute the approach inclusive of mapping to the roadmap
· Iterate maintenance of the approach
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
· Education: Undergraduate enrollment and successful completion of freshman year, pursuing degree in business, IT, or related field
· Required Experience: TEAMS, One Drive, PowerPoint, Excel
· Strong communication skills, both written and oral
· A self-starter with ability to manage multiple competing tasks against time constraints
