Responsibilities
- Manage insurance portfolio for renewals and compliance across assigned loans
- Administer and place force-placed insurance for non-compliant borrowers
- Coordinate with force-placed insurance agents, borrowers, client relations and investors
- Process manual flood orders and follow up on flood non-compliance
- Process and manage insurance claims and coordinate with lenders and master servicers
- Provide support and guidance to Insurance Analysts in Hyderabad and Ambler
- Maintain accurate insurance documentation and tracking within systems
- Perform other duties as assigned to support insurance operations
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Related on-the-job training or experience in insurance, loan servicing, or compliance preferred
